sesame street live

I have been looking forward to taking Jake to Sesame Street Live since before we bought the tickets. I remember my parents telling me about the first time they took me to see Sesame Street. I was so excited to share this experience with Jake. We have been watching more Elmo to get him use to the characters. Jake has a great time, he sat on may lap and was in awe of what he saw. He sat still much better than I thought he would. I can't wait to take him back next year!

I figured something out tonight.... Jake uses the spoon much better on ice cream than anything else. He did get frustrated at one point and tried to eat it like he would if he was in an ice cream eating competition. I guess we will just have to keep practicing with more ice cream.

Murphy's stroller

Don't ask why there is a stroller in my family room... Lets just say it has something to do with my shopping problem and not being able to pass up a great deal. The impressive news is I put this together all by myself:) Murphy decided the stroller basket was a great place to take a nap. So when David asks why I needed another stroller, I can now honestly say it is for the cat.

Decorating onesies was a huge hit. Jake missed the fun and spent most of the weekend at his grandma and grandpa's house. Jake We can't wait to meet Hannah!

It happened again, this time during lunch. I was folding some laundry and next thing I know he is sleep. I actually left him in his chair with all the napping issues we have been having I was to scared to move him.

Jake was happy to see his friends today! It has been almost three weeks since we all hung out. Jake's new little quad was a huge hit. The boys all played so nicely and are really starting to interact and play with each other more and more.

I have been warned about these nap strikes. Has been doing so well in the sleep department, I must have jinxed myself. I thought it was just because the last few weeks have been crazy busy. Well, now I am not sure what is going. I broke out the sleep book and there suggestion under naps strikes is it that they happen. Great. Just what I needed to hear. So during dinner, I ran to bathroom and this is what I came back too.
