Jake's new favorite thing to do is sit at the counter to have a snack.

Jake wanted to figure out for himself why the dogs loves bones so much....He then gave the bone to Riley, took it away and continues to chew on it. When I took it away a tantrum followed. I just wanted a pictures.

Jake is such an outdoor boy; from his earliest days he would rather be outdoors than anywhere. But now that he is all over the place -- wow! it was impossible to get him to stay still long enough to take a picture. We were hoping to get a "special" one for his birthday invitation, but Jake just wanted to play in his sandbox (not cleaned out yet from the winter), and hang out in the club house. What a great time he will have in the yard this summer!

The beautiful-brown-eyed boy charmed us as usual. How fun to play with him, watch him "read" his books, "ride" the ottoman, and interact with his beloved Elmo. Mostly he liked the knock Elmo down and wait for him to say, "Please help me up!" Never a dull moment with the Jakester!
