Nathan's offical stats at 4
Nathan's well check went great! We just have to follow up with a surgeon to about his umbilical hernia, but it is looking much smaller. We also decided to take him off the Zrytec, so far so good. Dr Cohen also reminded Nathan that he needs to eat more fruits and veggies. Lately everyone comments on how tall Nathan has gotten, his stats prove that.
Weight: 38.6 pounds (70th percentile)
Height: 41 inches (70th percentile)
In the last year he grew 3 inches and gained 4.5 pounds.

facts at four
Nathan at 4 years old
Shoe Size: 10
Clothing: bottoms he is a 4, tops are few 4s still fit but mostly 5s. Can wear some boys xs.
Schedule:
Naps: Nope, these are so far and few between that I barely remember them anymore. He will frequently fall asleep in the car around 3 for a quick cat nap.
Bedtime: Bath is about 7pm, some night he goes right to sleep others he is talking for a while. We aim for lights out by 8pm.
Wake: Usually around 7, a great day is 7:30.
Overall he is still a great sleeper. The new thing is they want to sleep in the same bed. Lets just say that only happens on the weekends.
School:
Nathan is going to school Monday-Friday again this year. We started the year off with all half day but recently on Mondays and Wednesday he has started to stay to 3. We are already thinking about what is the best fit for him next year since he will not be eligible to start kindergarten.
Favorites:
Food: Mac and Cheese
Snack: Hersey Kisses and brownies
Fruit: Berries
Veggie: Cucumbers with ranchTV Shows: Doc McStuffins, Daniel Tiger, and whatever Jake picks.
Activity: Swimming, and karate. He really enjoyed tball and was not a fan of soccer.
Fun Facts:
- He is a very eager learner and doing great in school.
- He can write his name.
- He knows most of the letters letters and their sounds.
- He prefers working on numbers over letters. - He loves building with Magnatiles and new Texo blocks.
- He still colors outside the lines but is getting closer to staying inside them.
- He is an expert on the Ipad and my phone.
- He is very imaginative.
- He is much more in to snacking than eating meals. - He is excellent and sharing with Jake. To bad it does not work the other way around.
- He likes to sleep with horsey or Scooby-doo but does not have to have them, thetoy of the night changes frequently.
Nathan is super independent, and just full of personality. He is usually pretty easy going and agreeable however he has a very stubborn strong willed side.

last soccer game
I do not think soccer with be Nathan's sport, but he did enjoy seeing Macy once a week and snack time after the game. The highlight of the season was the trophy.

old car festival
Sunday we headed to Greenfield Village to see John's (John is David's boss) Model T. John has been bugging David to bring the boys to check out his 1924 car. The boys loved being driving around in the front seat and learning all about old cars.
fall soccer
Nathan was very excited to start soccer on Saturday. This season he is on the Sockers with his buddy Macy. (Jake informed me he is retired from soccer and had no interest in playing, he only wants to do karate)

nathan's meet the teacher
Nathan starts school next Monday but this morning was his meet the teacher day. This year he is a young 4s class. There are only 13 kids and I think it will be great fit for him. He is going to be going five half days a week. He was very dissapointed that he did not get to stay today.
