long awaited playdate

Jake meet Austin at camp this summer.One day Jake came home completely painted blue as a smurf, and he told me his new friend Austin had painted him. Jake has asked me 100 times since camps has started for a playdate with Austin. I had no idea who Austin even was, Jake told me Austin was a big kid. I though he was one of the teenage helpers at first. Jake would not let up about a playdate with this kid, so I finally asked his councilor to point out Austin and asked for his mom's number so I could arrange a playdate. Today was the the long awaited playdate at Beverly Park. Since I told him I finally made plans with his mommy for a playdate, an time Jake was starting to misbehavior all I had to do was threaten to cancel and he had a 100% attitude change. Hopefully they will be in the same class in the fall. Austin even has a little brother Jordan for Nathan for play with.
