We are trying to teach Jake that the holidays are not just about getting but giving too. I'm trying to get Jake involved in picking out gifts for others. Here is the conversation:
me: Jake, what should we get daddy?
Jake: A robot shaver
me: What about Nathan?
Jake: A robot doll
me: How about Grandpa?
Jake: A robot yoga mat
me: what should you and daddy get mommy?
Jake: A robot iron
me: Are you sure about that mommy really does not iron
Jake: That's why I will get you a robot iron it will do it for you
Really??? my kid wants to get me an iron??? Where does he come up with this?? My iron works perfectly fine collecting dust.
