Jake did not have school on Friday so we decided to meet up with Therese, Brady, Logan and Aidan at Greenfield Village. This was their first time at the village and Jake loved showing them around. We lucked out had the most amazing weather. To make it even a better visit we felt like we had the place practically to ourselves we had no waiting for the "rides". We rode the train, model-t cars and the merry-go-ground. After our picnic lunch we walked around and explored the old school house, a few slave cottages, then we visited a doctors office and even stopped by the post office. We could have stayed all day but it was nap time for Nathan and Aidan. We can't wait to go back for our next visit soon.
