take me out to the ball game

Jake finally went to his first Tiger baseball game. The Larsons invited us to go and be in their suite! What a nice way to enjoy the game expect for the fact that kids did not sit still for more than five minutes. Jake had a blast, but it felt like we were at an amusement park all day. It was kids opening day and the rides were free, which made the lines very long, Jake, Conner, Sydney and Lizzy actually did really well waiting since they had each other to entertain themselves. At the end of the game the kids got to run the bases. David had to work so Nathan stayed with my parents. It was a great afternoon, but next we all agreed to leave the kids home and and let the adults enjoy the suite.
