basement update

Some progress has been made, we have hired a builder who is now negotiating with the insurance company, hopefully construction can start in about two week. To sum it up pretty much everything is getting re done. We are expanding the bar, getting new couches, new floors...you get the idea, this is going to take time. The only thing not getting re done in the basement is the bathroom. Don't get me wrong I will have fun picking out new things but this is not the room that I wanted to redo.
